For people will be:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\nlovers of self<br \/>\nlovers of money<br \/>\nproud<br \/>\narrogant<br \/>\nabusive<br \/>\ndisobedient to their parents<br \/>\nungrateful<br \/>\nunholy<br \/>\nheartless<br \/>\nunappeasable<br \/>\nslanderous<br \/>\nwithout self-control<br \/>\nbrutal<br \/>\nnot loving good<br \/>\ntreacherous<br \/>\nreckless<br \/>\nswollen with conceit<br \/>\nlovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God<br \/>\nhaving the appearance of godliness, but denying its power.<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Avoid such people. For among them are those who creep into households and capture weak women, burdened with sins and led astray by various passions, always learning and never able to arrive at a knowledge of the truth.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Just as Jannes and Jambres opposed Moses, so these men also oppose the truth, men corrupted in mind and disqualified regarding the faith. But they will not get very far, for their folly will be plain to all, as was that of those two men. (<a class=\"bibleref\" title=\"2 Timothy 3:1\" href=\"http:\/\/www.esvbible.org\/search\/2%20Timothy%203.1\/\" target=\"_blank\">2 Timothy 3:1<\/a>\u20139, ESV)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>I don&#8217;t see how much more &#8220;last&#8221; the last days can get than where we are now.
